TradeflarePrivacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Tradeflare LLC, a Missouri limited liability company in the United States ("Tradeflare", "we", "us"), handles information in the Tradeflare mobile app for Android (package com.rork.tradeflare, the "App") and on this website, app.tradeflareapp.com (the "Site").
The short version
The App is an early test build that runs on sample data. It asks for an account email and password, which this test build stores locally on your device, and it uses photos only when you choose to take or pick one. We do not collect your contacts, payment cards, or precise location, we do not show ads, and we do not sell your data.
1. Information the App collects
The App is currently in early testing. It runs on sample jobs and a sample crew; it is not connected to your real phone number, inbox, calendar, or customers. In this test build the App handles only the following:

Because the test build keeps this information on your device, we do not receive a copy of your email, password, or photos on our servers. If a future version starts storing account data or photos on our servers, or connects real lead channels, we will update this policy before that version is released.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not access your contacts or address book.
- We do not collect payment card or bank details in the App.
- We do not collect precise location, and the App does not use Maps or location services.
- We do not show ads or use advertising IDs, and we do not use ad networks or third-party ad tracking.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Information on this Site
This Site is a static informational website. It has no sign-up form, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Like most web servers, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, requested page, referring page, and time) to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message.
Links to other sites, including our main marketing site at www.tradeflareapp.com and its sign-up pages, are governed by those sites' own terms and privacy practices.
4. How we use information
We use information only to provide and operate the App and Site, to sign you in, to respond to your messages and support or deletion requests, to keep the App and Site secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
5. Sharing and selling
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only when needed to host the Site (our web hosting provider processes server logs on our behalf), when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
6. Device permissions
- Camera: used only when you tap to take a job photo.
- Photos / media: used only when you choose to pick a photo from your gallery.
You can deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings. The rest of the App keeps working; you just won't be able to attach photos.
7. Storage and retention
Data stored locally by the App stays on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the request. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its standard practices.
8. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your Tradeflare account and associated data at any time.
- On your device: in this test build, your account email, password, and any photos you attached are stored on your device. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Tradeflare → Storage → Clear storage, deletes them.
- By email: send a deletion request from the email address on your account to tradeflare-2@polsia.app with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete any account data we hold about you, including emails you sent us that we no longer need, and confirm within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record of the request itself where the law requires it.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including serving this Site only over HTTPS and limiting what the App collects. Because this test build stores your account details on your device, keep your device protected with a screen lock and use a password you don't use anywhere else. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The App and Site are made for businesses and their crews and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the App or Site changes, for example before the App moves beyond test data or starts storing data on our servers. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the App or on this Site.
